1. Service overview

Lunation is a lunar astrology mobile app published by Rémi BEAURAIN. It provides personalized astrological calculations (lunar returns, natal chart, transits), AI-generated interpretations, and a personal journal tied to the Moon's phases.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account and using Lunation, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the app.

3. Registration and user account

3.1 Account creation

Using Lunation requires creating an account via Google OAuth or Apple Sign-In authentication. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

3.2 Account responsibility

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity carried out from your account. In case of unauthorized use, contact us at [email protected].

3.3 Account deletion

You may delete your account and your data at any time from the app's settings or by contacting us by email.

4. Description of features

• Natal chart: computation of the sky map at the moment of birth
• Lunar returns: computation of personal monthly lunar cycles
• Transits: analysis of ongoing planetary aspects
• Lunar Pause (Void of Course): signaling VoC periods
• AI interpretations: personalized texts generated by artificial intelligence
• Journal: personal reflection space tied to the lunar phases
• Notifications: optional reminders for lunar events

5. Intellectual property

5.1 App content

The Lunation app, its design, its source code, its icons and its original texts are the property of Rémi BEAURAIN. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

5.2 AI-generated content

Astrological interpretations are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude). These texts are provided for informational purposes. The user cannot claim copyright on AI-generated content.

5.3 User content

The user retains ownership of their journal entries. By using the service, they grant Rémi BEAURAIN a limited storage license for the sole purpose of providing the service.

6. Acceptable use

The user agrees to:

• Use the app for its intended purpose (personal use)
• Not attempt to access systems in an unauthorized manner
• Not use the app to distribute illegal content
• Not decompile or disassemble the app
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations

8. Limitation of liability

8.1 Service availability

Lunation is provided "as is". We strive to ensure service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8.2 Accuracy of content

Astrological calculations are performed using third-party ephemerides and algorithms. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the calculations or interpretations.

8.3 User decisions

Rémi BEAURAIN disclaims all liability for decisions made on the basis of the app's content.

9. Pricing

Lunation offers an optional Premium subscription: €4.99/month or €29.99/year. A free 7-day trial is included. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24h before the end of the period. Subscriptions are managed from your Apple/Google account settings.

10. Changes to the terms

Rémi BEAURAIN reserves the right to modify these terms. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

Rémi BEAURAIN reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction.
